Shipping Policy

We hold ourself at a high standard when it comes to customer service. Therefore shipping is a priority and we want to make sure our customers receive their product(s) in a timely fashion.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive an email when your product(s) has been shipped. Expect delivery between 3 to 5 business days. Due to COVID-19 and unforeseen postal service issues there is a possibility of delay.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fourtwentyplease.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. Email info@fourtwentyplease.com to request a return.
